It has the IVs, The OT and is around the same level. It is more then likely the one he is looking for and just got the nature wrong.

In game chat actually does need more moderation then the forums. I have a tab in game used to watch trade chat and it also has global flicked on for when I need entertainment from fools. The amount of people attempting to trade in there is silly. For every 10th trade chat post, there is one in global. I don't remember it being that way.
