Over 72 hours ago, I fell victim to a theft in Pokemmo. Immediately after realizing this situation, I decided to take the appropriate steps and inform the game administrators about what happened. Following the established procedures, I provided all relevant details, such as usernames, location, and a clear description of what occurred.
However, up until now, I have not received any response from the Pokemmo support team. This lack of attention and consideration has left me feeling completely ignored and helpless. I understand that administrators may be busy and that resolving cases can take time, but I believe that more than 72 hours without an initial response is excessive.
As an active member of the Pokemmo community, I am concerned that this lack of response may be a constant for other players who have also been victims of similar situations. Transparency and effective communication are crucial to maintaining a healthy and trustworthy community.
Therefore, I would like to call on the administrators and support team of Pokemmo to take player reports seriously and provide timely responses. I understand that they may have a large number of reports to address, but each case deserves proper consideration.
Additionally, I suggest implementing stronger measures to prevent and resolve theft cases in the game. This includes increased surveillance, more accessible reporting tools, and a more efficient resolution process. We all deserve to enjoy the game without fear of being victims of theft or fraud.
