The goal of this kind of events is to try new things , for exemple last wc i was forced to play UU for my team , and i did win , i built teams, bred lot of UU comps , and won my game , poseidon played dubs while he dont do it , and he won his games , a player who doesnt play X tier doesnt mean he cant do it , for me all tiers are okay since you have a brain to think , fingers to play , and a bit of time to try new things

World cup and psl gives people motivation , when i played my first psl it gaves me lot of motivation , bred at least 50 new comp, ttried hard to teambuild etc..... World cup would give us the chance to see new players trying hard on their matches :)
