Group Lottery New Donations

After hearing some feedback from the community and working a bit with @AwaXGoku and @Limbow we've tweaked the seeding criteria. We're still using previous year WC participation but giving it a different weight. WC -1 is given a weight of 1.5 given it's the most recent year. WC -2, 1.25, WC -3 , 1 and the total of WC -4 (at the moment it's just WC 1 but in the future it will be more) a weight of 0.75. This means that the most recent WC will count more towards the current seeding but previous WC's will also count. After this we also decided to give each team a Hall of Fame addictive based on the current year so this time around we looked at 2021/2022. Looking at 1st place for each player of the team. This should give each team a boost in seeding based on their current roster proven individual strength. However so as not to have 1 single player carry a team we've capped it at 1 HoF entry per player. Also in order to not benefit large countries as opposed to smaller countries we've capped the HoF additive to the minimum size of the team in the current WC iteration. This means that this year the HoF additive will be capped at 6 per team. We also decided to give each pickup team a base ranking of 1. With these adjustments we feel that the seeding is much more representative of the current roster power levels.

We've created a country/region seeding criteria (pickup teams don't have seeding) based on previous years participation in the World Cups and will be using this to divide the teams into pots for the group lottery which will be taking place this Saturday live on stream at 23:00 Tokyo Time, 16:00 GMT and 08:00 PST on https://www.twitch.tv/pokemmoworldcup/ Current seeding looks as follows:

Captain's have selected whether or not their teams will play LC.

There is a reason why Lumiere and Jaawax names aren't bolded and why instead of a Y they have LP and AN on their selected column 😛
