I see many teams recruiting on the server, users who are dedicated to doing "events" according to their own imagination. However, the system is limited and we all know it, so I came to give my suggestion.
Body:
You have no reason to have a team, if you can't use it to battle together. That's right, make the team work as a team (WOW / POG), the name of that is COMPETITIVENESS!
There is a lot of guild on the server ... American, Brazilian, Spanish, Portuguese ... But, the teams cannot face each other in a "FAIR" way.
Conclusion:
Obviously I would not give an idea, without giving a solution.
It would work through the LINK system, where 4 invited players occupy. The creator of the Link invites the other three participants and declares the battle against 4 other members with the formed link (POG).
"But there is no system for that, the battle scenario is limited." (Note: I stopped picking up my riolu to get the reference, +1 vote.)
