  15. Based on the double type of Gyarados, you can use 2 cores to start a build: Water + Grass + Fire or on the other hand Flying + Ground + Electric. The idea is to reduce the number of points needed to get the season hat, personally it is the first time that I try to get a hat from a tier that is not OU (Dubs), and the difficulty to find duels makes it quite difficult to get the hat without be constantly looking for a duel, so I don't see it unreasonable to reduce the number of total points to obtain these items, considering that it would not affect the economy since they are not interchangeable.
