I actually have one with perfect nature and EVs and i love it but like Blizzard said its an OU not UU

Any suggestions for my team? I'm not doing so hot in matchmaking. its not a super amazing team but I've never played in a comp scene before. I'd love constructive criticism and suggestions! I know how the move tutors work for the most part. What i need help with is the fact I have yet to beat the Elite 4 in Kanto and therefore cannot access the shard move tutors on the Sevii islands. However I'd like to move tutor two of my pokemon before beating the E4 as it would help complete their builds. I was wondering if someone could be so kind as to take my pokemon to the move tutors and teach them the desired move. I will of course provide the needed shards so no need to dip into your own supply. I can also provide some fiscal compensation if need you'd like but I'm a bit poor atm so it make take me a little bit of time to get some extra money depending on how much you're asking.
