Are you getting any errors? Also if it's a 3 day or shorter ban you are unable to appeal but you can contact a SGM for clarification if you're not sure why you got banned. One way to transfer items between accounts is to mail them from a Pokecenter PC, this comes with a tiny money fee unfortunately for each mail. If you have multiple accounts however you are free to trade stuff between them as long as you are using separate devices. For example you can send items from one character to a second account and then transfer them back to another character from the original account so you don't have to mail them. Hope this helps! If so, submit an error report via the popup and send the copied error code on the support platform so staff can look into it (select Support Request > Client Crash): https://support.pokemmo.com If no error is shown make a ticket at Support Request > Technical Issue instead. ^^
  18. Do you get any errors when importing the roms or is the game just doing nothing when you import them? Also, what is your device brand and model? If its a Xiaomi, try enabling MIUI optimization on your phone's developer settings and try again. Let me know if this helps!
