I've noticed that my Electivire's "Motor Drive" ability isn't working. The ability's description is as follows: Raises Speed if hit by an Electric-type move When fighting Misty, I used Electivire and Jolteon. Jolteon's Discharge simply did damage to Electivire, nothing more. The same goes for a Pikachu in the Battle Tower. Help??
