When I have a full party doing stuff like e4 rebattles, gym runs, breeding or shunting I often find myself having trouble fitting in some of my shinies on the party and when that happens I cant have it as a follower. So please implement a device like this It would be essentially be a small device which you can use to summon pokemon to follow you around even when you don't have them in your party. The item would be in your bag and you would click it and select a pokemon to summon from your pc as your follower. The summoned pokemon would not take up a pokemon slot, it would not activate any of its abilities or be useable in battle it would only function as a follower. The device would ofc be re-useable.

2 months ago, a few of our more attentive players noticed that March 29th 2022 would be the 10th anniversary of the forums coming online. As a brief history lesson for everyone, the first public test of the game started a few weeks later in April 2012, then the "alpha" (now known as PokeMMO Epsilon™) was released in June 2012. While originally we were just planning on a large content update to commemorate the date, maybe throw in some massive tournament or something, we had the brilliant idea to instead make a one-time event outside of what we call "event season"- the period of Halloween/Christmas/Chinese New Year where we normally don't permit large, breaking changes so as to not interrupt the events by leaving you with an unplayable video game. "Get hyped" we said, because it'd be good. Then, despite our better judgment, we doubled down by not only giving ourselves a deadline to come up with something and get it out, but a public deadline. Several in fact, and we've managed to blow all of them in a fantastic fashion. Today marks the date of our 4th deadline being missed, and I'm happy to announce that we're commemorating this feat of project logistics by releasing the Torch & Pitchfork Seasonal items. These items will be available until the next update releases. We expect that to be Soon™ish, probably around Two Weeks™, but we're giving ourselves some leeway so we don't need to make more announcements about announcements. When we get there, this will also be an unusual update process. We'll be breaking it into a 3 part series: The major, fragile changes will occur before the event. This will be our launch of the open beta iOS client, general changes like moveset updates, bug fixes, and a large suite of scripting changes to help us support future regions. A few days later, after we're sure that the game's not completely busted, the event will start. Finally, after the event ends, a new permanent feature will launch. We'll keep that one a surprise for now. Until then, See you Soon™!

I am sure that they are giving the maximum effort for this project. people are a bit rushed, but sometimes delay and quality are better than speed and generic, people are really excited and that's why they are impatient. on the other hand... am I the only one who would be fascinated to know the lore of PokeMMO Epsilon? @kyu

Intro: Hey there, I have noticed that this other Moemon mod hasn't been updated in a while, and is decently patchy in terms of what Pokemon are present in it. This mod is simply working off of that one to where everything that it has accomplished so far (Gen's 1-3 complete, with some 4 and 5 included) is still in. The main goal of me posting this version of the mod is to complete the Sinnoh Pokedex considering that we are going to be seeing the release of Platinum pretty soon. A building dedicated for TT and PvP players. I understand we use Lilycove Contest Hall for TT and lots of PvP players go to verm and play, but if a building was built in verm where the machop is stomping the ground for the old man, I think it would be a nice addition for a few reasons: 1) A place for PvP players to gather 2) Something especially unique to PokeMMO building wise 3) The machop has been stomping the ground for too long :(. It's time the old man and machop get a building

Hi after Kyu's post about delaying the 10th anniversary event for at least few weeks I think it's fair to collect some of the most voted little suggestion players did so staff at least may see them. Most of them are suggestions not suposed to be hard to implement. I know all players want hidden abilities but these suggestions are more realistic and easy to implement. I didn't put the gender ratio one because Kyu told that they will probably implement it on the next update. If you want a suggestion that has +10 votes to be here and is realistic they do it with the next update make a comment with the post so I can update this one. I'm going to mention all big staff members so they may see it @Kyu @Desu @Shu @Squirtle @Rache @Bearminator @Teddi @SecretDjinn EDIT: Please if you think most of these suggestion could be a great implementation to the game upvote and like the post so devs can see a big part of the community want these changes. It's not that they were removed, just, they were never added. In fact, the devs do not reuse code in the rom, they just extract graphical assets, strings, stuff like that. Anything that's copyrighted and can't go into the pokemmo client download. And then they do their best to accurately recreate the games entirely from scratch. It's not like pokemmo is a slightly edited romhack running in a gba emulator. It's built from scratch. (At least, that is my understanding). As for why they're waiting so long to add them, this discussion is literally like seven or eight years old. Same reason we don't have any real catchable legendaries. They were like 'we're gonna add dungeons as a new primary farmable endgame content'. Legendaries and hidden abilities are being 'saved' as rewards for a big update like that. They dont wanna just be like "hey here's ability capsule you can buy it with BP', but make you actually play the game. Unfortunately, it's been like a decade since they said they were doing this, so if they aren't close to completion, they may as well just roll out already. The christmas and new year dungeons are some sort of prototype for these infamous dungeons i think.

Hi, There's one minor difference in the mod creation to make it compatible for android. If the mod works for pc but not android, it's probably the modder's responsibility to configure it properly. in short, compression format needs to be 'store' instead of 'normal' to make it android compatible: if you can't contact the creator of the mod to update it for android, you could consider extracting the zip and re-compressing it with this method for your personal use.
