Considering we have a lot of tiers that are suffering from not being played ( nu dubs ) wouldn't it be better if they fixed that aspect instead of overloading us with more tiers? Considering the popularity of those tiers ( nu and esp dubs ) in other games I doubt the tiers you suggested will escape the problem of not being played enough. They would however make excellent suggestion for tournament setups. The current formats of official tournaments has been called by many people as generally the same and recycled over the course of a year with only minor differences in prizes won and entry requirements. Setting up tournaments with restrictions by region / base stats / typings is exactly the kind of thinking that tournaments need to adopt to mix them up a little bit. So am all for them adding those kinda of restriction to some tournaments but not as a tier as them might not pull enough people to make them active tiers. A Gen 3 restricted tournament would be nice. you beat me by a second xd

2020-10-20小记——关于一些概率 最近刚好在学统计，所以想运用正态分布里的经验规则（3-sigma）来算一些种树里的概率问题。其实也不算什么问题，就是导出一些小结论。 从最经典的全合众种基础果开始，156棵树，不减产的情况下每棵树结3~6个果子，假设取值概率均匀。 因为每棵树都是独立的，所以根据中心极限定理，在规模足够大时，最后的树果总收获量是服从（趋近）正态分布的。 总体的期望和标准差也很容易计算，算出每棵树的情况再乘上总数即可。 那就正式开始计算咯。单产3~6，平均值取4.5，母体的期望为4.5x156=702。 单产方差为1.25，母体方差为195，标准差取14。 根据经验规则，在正态分布中，会有大致95%的数据落在均值的两个标准差范围内，而几乎所有数据都落在均值的三个标准差范围内。 所以在95%的情况下，我们的收获数量就会处在（702-14x2）~（702+14x2）之间，计算的思路大概就是这样。 然后再加上三个标准差范围的情形，我们可以有这样两条小结论： 95%的情况下，树果收获数量在674（6组多80）到730（7组多37）个之间。 在所有正常情况下，树果收获数量在660（6组多66）到744（7组多51）个之间。 前提是单株产量服从均匀分布。 接下来再讨论一下树果分解的情况。以纯口味果子为例，分析分解一组树果可以得到的超种数量。 超种率取以往的观测值0.3，分解数量n=99。 借助二项分布公式，算出得到超种期望为29.7，标准差为4.6。 然后如法炮制，导出两条小结论： 95%的情况下，分解一组纯口味树果得到的超种数量在21到39个之间。 在所有正常情况下，分解一组纯口味树果得到的超种数量在16到44个之间。 那么算这些东西的用处在哪呢……首先我确实是吃饱了没事干。（？？？） 然后写完之后想了想，其意义应该在于给自己对于概率事件有个比较好的把握。 比如说出现采完树果比预期的少很多的情况，也能稍微安慰下自己，因为在概率上来说这还是个正常的事件； 或者有的时候一组树果拆出来40个超，也不必太得意，因为这在概率上来说也并不难发生； 总的来说，这个结论能让你知道一下人类的极限大概在哪（笑）。 如果有学过这方面的大佬，可能也会看出些瑕疵，那就当我图一乐吧，麻烦不要太苛刻，哈哈。 好，溜了。
