Johto starters are primarily in Hoenn because in the original hoenn games you received them as a reward for pokédex completion. There is method to the madness, sure they weren't in the safari zone but to maintain their value and rarity it's a good place for them. If they're not worth trying to catch then simply don't catch them and buy them off of the GTL, but if you want them enough to chase after them then they are worth the effort to catch. It's quite simple. If everything is common in the game its much more dull than if some things are rare.

Bashful is a neutral nature. It is advisable to give a nature of speed or better nature so that you raise the Atk or Sp Atk without lowering the speed.

We've all been there trying to untangle the box of Christmas lights and end up getting tangled up ourselves. It would of course have the lighting effect and would benefit from an animation effect of 5 feet of the Christmas lights dragging behind you. Hello everyone! I'm currently creating a tile mod for the Hoenn region. Because of the new modding features of PokeMMO, I don't have to mess around with the palettes anymore.. So that's great. The tilesets I'm using are all free and public. So at the end, I will put the credits.
